We take care to clean up as we go, so that you don’t feel like you’re living in a construction zone. Communication is key, our coordinator will be in touch frequently throughout the project.
Design Consultation. Construction team member, project designer, and project coordinator are typically present. Discuss client’s vision for the space. Talk color pallets, look at their inspiration images, brain storm, discuss budget. Take measurements and pictures of the space.
Estimate & Timeline. Estimates are broken down into digestible pieces making it easier to make adjustments to the project where needed. We can also provide “what-if” options which allow the customer to see how the budget will be impacted by specific flooring choices, one proposed floor plan over another, etc. We guarantee residential estimates in 72 hours. We also provide a timeline including possible start and project completion dates.
After the estimate has been accepted, demolition begins. Our crew brings in the equipment needed to remove flooring, fixtures, move drains, etc. and dispose of them without the client lifting a finger. During this time, our designer will work with our client to ensure that proper fixtures, flooring, etc are ordered. Our designer can also help to select paint colors for the area.
Rebuild. This is where the magic happens. Our highly skilled team will begin putting together the pieces in order to create a space that you will love. Drywall repairs/construction is done, flooring and fixtures are installed, walls are painted, backsplashes are crafted, etc.
